I know guys as a student we must practice our listening skills, that's why I want to share about ESL videos for interactive listening activities.
Let's start!
Okay, this is how ESL video homepage website looks like.
You can choose a lot of menu, but today I'll tell you about the quizzes one.
First, click on the quizzes menu.
As you can see, there are lots of videos. You can use the search engine to search for the videos you need. For this opportunity, I would like to choose videos about mammals.
After I watch the video, it tells me all the information I need to know about mammals. It is very interesting. Besides that, you can learn by answering the questions on the right of the video.
Also, you can see the results and the right answer if your answer is wrong.
It's very simple right? You can try it by yourself even with your friends! This is a new method to learn and increase your English skills. Learning becomes a very fun thing to do and no boring anymore. Everyone can use this website, either students or teachers. Like the example on the top, students can learn about mammals. With a video, students can imagine it more. How is the mammal's body, their fur and all of mammal's characteristics even the animal's sound because it is clearly explain by the video. Teachers are able to explain the abstract material or content more understandable and engage their students with all the elements such as the video and the audio. Teachers can use this website on the LCD in the classroom and give exercise or even test to their students. Not only mammals, there are birds, bugs and many more. You can search on the search engine to look for the topic you need. Don't worry! It is available with different difficulties, from beginning, low-intermediate to advance. Also, not only improving your listening skills, but your grammar by do the exercise such as tenses, phrases, comprehension and so on.
